Montague, H. Dixon

Biography
Dixon's principal area of practice is real estate litigation with an emphasis on condemnation and regulatory takings litigation. For the past 30 years, he has represented clients in condemnation, inverse condemnation, and regulatory takings cases against local, state, and federal authorities in both federal and state courts. He lectures on condemnation and other takings issues regularly before various professional, legal, and appraisal organizations throughout the country including the American Law Institute/American Bar Association, the Center for American and International Law, and the Southwestern Legal Foundation.

Dixon is V&E's Condemnation and Land Use Practice Group Leader.
