Biography
Mark's principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, public financings, and private placements. His clients include public companies; venture capital funds; start-up companies; manufacturing companies; medical technology companies; oil field service companies; gas marketing, exploration and production companies; and investment banking firms. He has represented clients listed on the NYSE, ASE, and NASDAQ National Market.
Mark has extensive experience in public offerings of equity securities, and public and private debt securities. He also acts as general counsel for several public and private corporations. He has assisted in structuring and negotiating stock and asset acquisitions, and in negotiating bank financings. Mark also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions, representing clients in transactions totaling over $6 billion in the last two years. He has represented clients in over 100 domestic and cross-border debt and equity offerings since 2004.
Mark has held numerous positions with the firm, and is currently Global Business Chair and a member of V&E’s Management Committee.
