Scope of Practice
During 2008 and 2009, V&E's global private equity team handled more than 350 private equity and investment fund transactions totaling almost $100 billion in transaction value. We also played a prominent role in many of the largest and most complex transactions, including advising KKR and TPG in closing the largest LBO in history — the $45 billion acquisition of TXU Energy.
